WHY ARE WE TURKEY SHOOT BREWING CO?
A "turkey shoot" is an opportunity that is easily taken advantage of - a sure shot thing. Despite all of our hard work, passion, dedication and planning it turns out that opening a brewery is nothing like a turkey shoot. Our name is a constant reminder to stay humble, patient and optimistic.

WHO ARE WE?
TSBC was founded by two passionate individuals - Kyle and Jaclyn Stewart, both from small Ontario communities, Baldwin and Belmont - with the dream of bringing craft beer to Georgina, Ontario. What began as an avid homebrewing adventure in the basement of an Etobicoke rental home soon became a challenging yet rewarding effort to become Georgina's first craft brewery.

TSBC is committed to brewing to the highest calibre. Our focus is on producing refreshingly drinkable beer styles that everyone can enjoy. Don't be surprised to see us mix in some adventurous brews as well - we have plenty of recipes for every season.
We believe in supporting local - and that's why all of our beers are made with 100% Ontario Hops.

TSBC is a participating member of BrewON, an effort by the Ontario Hop Growers Association to promote the unique flavours of hops grown only in Ontario. In fact, every single one of our recipes is brewed with 100% Ontario-grown hops. We plan to keep it that way.

IT'S ABOUT COMMUNITY.
We may love brewing beer, but what makes it so special is sharing a drink and a good time with great company.
TSBC is a big believer in the #SupportLocal movement and strives to use fresh local ingredients in all of our products whenever possible. We are eager to partner with small businesses and community organizations in Georgina, York Region & all around Lake Simcoe to promote the best that Ontario has to offer.
